Uxin establishes joint venture for used-car superstore in Shijiazhuang

Uxin has agreed with Hebei Chengying to form a joint venture to build a used-car superstore in Shijiazhuang. Uxin (Anhui) contributes RMB 30.0 million for a 75% stake, Hebei Chengying RMB 10.0 million for 25%; the joint company will be named Uxin (Shijiazhuang) Automobile Maintenance Co., Ltd. Uxin records strong growth in Q4 2025 and raises outlook for 2026

Uxin reported Q4 2025 transaction volume in the private-customer business of 19,160 units (+124% YoY) and total revenue of CNY 1.198 billion (+101% YoY).
