Vallourec announces €650m shareholder payout

Vallourec reaffirmed its intention to distribute about €650 million to shareholders after completing its share buyback program and the full exercise of warrants. Vallourec beats Q4 2025 forecasts, shares rise

Vallourec reported Q4 2025 EPS of $0.44 (forecast $0.429) and revenue of $1.04 billion (forecast $927.04 million), with both metrics topping expectations. Vallourec launches €200 million share buyback program

Vallourec is launching a €200 million share buyback program that runs until the end of June.
