The five-year agreement foresees connecting VEON services to the national payment and financial infrastructure and studying payments, money transfers and settlement via the National Payment Corporation. Beeline Kazakhstan plans to seek first-category payment organisation status; however, launching new services still requires regulatory, legal and technical reviews and approvals.
