    Vidrala raises the dividend per share by 10% to €1.2318; payment planned for 13 February 2026. In addition, the company announces a share buyback programme of €33m (about 1% of share capital). Taking into account bonus shares after a capital increase, the dividend increase corresponds to a 15% rise versus the previous year; with a similar increase in the expected supplementary dividend, total payout for 2025 could be around €1.70 per share (gross dividend yield approx. 2%).
