Vranken-Pommery Monopole: negotiations with Henkell Freixenet have failed

The exclusive talks about a majority stake by Henkell Freixenet in Maison Pommery ended without an agreement, but according to management could be resumed in autumn. Maison Pommery secured an agreement with key financing partners to cover funding needs until at least 19 June 2027 (with an extension option to June 2028) and obtained a new bank loan of €42.8 million.
