Warpaint London launches share buyback programme worth £2.5 million

Warpaint London has launched a share buyback programme for ordinary shares of up to £2.5 million, effective immediately and running until no later than 31 December 2026. Purchases will be made at 25 pence each through Shore Capital, and the acquired shares will be held as treasury shares for future employee share schemes. Cash at 30 June 2026 stood at £20.6 million; the buyback was approved at the AGM on 16 June 2026.
