Welltower reports strong revenues, stock falls after missed FFO and profit-taking
Welltower beat expectations with revenue of $3.54 billion but missed adjusted FFO at $1.60 per share versus roughly $1.66 estimated. Welltower reaches record high of $250.14 after strong quarterly results
Welltower shares climbed to an all-time high of $250.14, 54.66% above the level 12 months ago. In Q1 2026 the company beat expectations with EPS of $1.02 versus $0.73 expected and revenue of $3.35 billion versus a $3.09 billion forecast. Welltower plans a bond issuance in Canada of about C$750 million with maturities of five to seven years.
