WidePoint says ITMS Command Center deployment remains on schedule
WidePoint reported that deployment of its FedRAMP Authorized ITMS Command Center for a major U.S. telecommunications carrier is on schedule, with the carrier expanding the implementation to cover additional operational requirements. The expansion added approximately $1.0 million in integration services and WidePoint expects another purchase order near $1.0 million for further integrations and enhancements. The underlying SaaS agreement, unchanged since November 2025, is forecast to generate about $40–45 million in recurring SaaS revenue over five years based on 2.0–2.5 million managed devices.
