Wolftank Group expects group revenue for 2025 of EUR 121–123m (consensus: EUR 129.1m) and an EBITDA of EUR -1.0–0.5m (consensus: EUR 8.3m). For adjusted EBITDA excluding a one‑off effect from a first‑instance damages ruling, a range of EUR 1.5–3.0m is indicated. Wolftank Group AG informs that its 100% subsidiary Wolftank DGM Srl has been ordered by the Tribunale Ordinario di Bologna, in a first-instance ruling, to pay around EUR 4.5 million in damages to a customer. About three quarters of the amount relates to lost profit; roughly one quarter is covered by insurance.
