Zion Gas & Öl introduces unit warrant in dividend reinvestment and direct purchase plan

Zion Gas & Öl is offering a new unit program under its DSPP that runs from Wednesday through Sept. 10, 2026, enabling the purchase of units at $250 each. Each unit contains a specified number of common shares (calculated using the average of the high and low price on the purchase date) plus 75 warrants with an exercise price of $0.75 per share. The warrants (ZNWBD) are exercisable from Oct. 12, 2026, through April 12, 2027, will not be registered for trading on exchanges, and Equiniti Trust Company will act as warrant agent.
