ASOS confirmed completion of the sale of its logistics centre in Atlanta, generating net proceeds of around £48m and a one-off pre-tax gain of about £78m. The deal is also expected to deliver annual cost savings of roughly £6m; the lease was assigned to a global consumer brand and the automation equipment was sold to a company in the DHL Group.
