The adidas share continued its downward trend and at times traded sharply lower on Tuesday after the Q2 figures showed a weaker operating margin despite record sales. On a currency-adjusted basis, sales rose 14% to €6.74bn, the operating margin fell from 9.2% to 8.5% and operating profit increased to €574m.
