Montana Tunnels Mining, a subsidiary of Montana Goldfields, is being acquired in an all‑stock transaction and is valued at $750 million versus $50 million for Captivision. Upon closing the company will be renamed Montana Gold and traded on the NASDAQ under the ticker MGI; Montana Goldfields contributes three mines with proven deposits and existing infrastructure.
