The AI business reached an annualized run rate of more than USD 150 million in Q2/2024 and grew 78% year over year; AI now represents 15% of subscription revenue and shows very high gross margins. The company reported a large contract worth USD 100 million, organizational restructuring to support the platform strategy, and expects AI to grow faster than the core CCaaS business going forward.
