CleanTech Lithium recovered about 330 kg of lithium carbonate from eluate of the Laguna Verde project at its pilot plant in Copiapó; further processing was carried out between March and May 2026 by Empower EIT in Dallas. Laboratory analyses showed purities of 99.68% to 99.91% across five batches, and roughly a further 250 kg remain bound in recycle fluids. The process used DuPont FilmTec LiNE-XD nanofiltration membranes and ion exchange for boron removal (around 97%). The company is conducting additional test work for the pre-feasibility study, is operating a pilot program with Xian Lanshen, and is evaluating reinjection options as well as adsorbents with Zelandez and Hephaistos Insights; a special operating agreement for Laguna Verde has been contractually agreed, pending final ratification. » Más en de.investing.com

CleanTech Lithium has convened a general meeting for 1 July 2026 in Jersey to pass resolutions to implement a conditional placing, a subscription and a retail offer as part of the announced capital raising. If the resolutions are rejected, only the firm placing would be carried out, which would result in lower net proceeds. Results of the retail offer are expected to be announced on Wednesday; admission and commencement of dealings in the shares issued under the firm placing and in the conversion shares are expected to begin on Wednesday at 8:00 on AIM. » Más en de.investing.com
