At the Goldman Sachs conference, DigitalOcean unveiled a refocused AI-native cloud strategy that emphasizes inference, agent-native workflows and software-driven differentiation rather than mere GPU access. About 85% of AI revenue now comes from high-margin inference services; bare-metal accounts for roughly 15%. The company secured an additional 20 MW of capacity, introduced spot instances and a token economy, and raised growth forecasts to above 35% for end-2024 and above 50% for 2027.
