The management board of Fabasoft, with the approval of the supervisory board, has decided to acquire treasury shares of up to EUR 2,000,000. Based on the price level on 17 April 2026, this corresponds to around 1.5% of the share capital; the buyback will be executed on the stock exchange through a bank according to the safe‑harbour rule, and the intended use of the shares is broader than under Art. 5(2) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.
