Hornbach closed fiscal year 2025/26 with sales up 3.8% to €6.4 billion despite a difficult consumer environment. Adjusted operating profit (Ebit) was €264.7 million, only slightly below the previous year. Shareholders are to receive a dividend of €2.40 per share. Hornbach is announcing a recall of DSK-brand mirrors manufactured between December 2023 and July 2024 and sold since February 2024. On affected models the hanger bracket can come loose, causing mirrors to fall and shatter.
