HSS Hire has completed the separation of ProService and THSC and agreed a long-term trading arrangement with Speedy Hire as well as the conditional sale of THSC to funds managed by Endless LLP, expected to close before the end of 2025. For the 15-month period to 31 March 2025 the company reported revenue from continuing operations of £379.0m and a pre-tax loss of £130.3m, which included an impairment of £113.5m related to THSC. On a 12-month basis revenue fell to £298.2m, adjusted EBITDA declined by 26.7% and the margin fell to 13.3%. Shareholders of HSS Hire Group voted by a clear majority in favor of all 11 resolutions put forward at the annual general meeting.
