At the annual meeting of Income Opportunity Realty Investors, the four nominated directors Henry A. Butler, Fernando Victor Lara Celis, Robert A. Jakuszewski and Ted R. Munselle were re-elected with approximately 92.09–92.13% of the votes each. The meeting was quorate with proxies representing 96.59% of the outstanding common shares. Shareholders also ratified Farmer, Fuqua & Huff, P.C. as the independent auditing firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. In the subsequent board meeting, Henry A.
