Ocean Wilsons will now present the sealed court order for filing with the Bermuda Registrar of Companies; the merger will only take effect after that filing. Shareholders had already approved the deal on September 12; it was previously delayed by objections from Arnhold LLC and by weather disruptions caused by Hurricane Melissa.
