The combined entity is projected to hold over $450m in cash from SPAC trust funds, a $134m PIPE, warrant exercises and IQM’s existing cash to fund R&D, product development and commercial scaling. IQM, headquartered in Espoo, has deployed more than 15 systems, reported unaudited expected revenue of at least $35m for fiscal 2025 and booking visibility above $100m, and plans next-generation rollouts under its Halocene platform while claiming gate fidelities above 99.9%.
