For the year to June 2026 Resimac reported a significantly higher normalized net profit of AUD 49.9m (+26%) and a statutory net profit of AUD 49.2m (+42%). Normalized operating profit rose 18% to AUD 92.2m, driven by higher loan volumes (residential origination +20% to AUD 5.9bn), improved funding conditions and lower impairments. The full-year dividend was increased 53% to AUD 0.10 per share (including a special dividend of AUD 0.09) and assets under management reached a record AUD 16.5bn. Despite geopolitical tensions, including conflicts in the Middle East and divergent monetary policies, the core holdings in the portfolio performed positively.
