Unifi increases profitability in Q3 2026 despite revenue decline

Unifi reported a net revenue decline of 11.3% to $130.0 million in Q3 2026, with a diluted loss of $0.12 per share that slightly beat expectations. Cost cuts and restructuring lifted the gross margin to 7.0%, adjusted EBITDA swung to +$4.0 million, and free cash flow turned positive at $7.2 million.
