H&R Block places $350 million bond due 2032

H&R Block said its subsidiary Block Financial LLC issued a $350 million bond with a 5.375% coupon maturing on September 15, 2032, guaranteed by H&R Block. Interest will be paid semiannually; the issuance includes customary covenants, change-of-control repurchase rights and a trustee change to U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association.
