Leadership change at XTI Aerospace: CEO Scott Pomeroy steps down

Scott Pomeroy has resigned as chairman and CEO of XTI Aerospace with immediate effect. The board appointed Jeremy Schneiderman as interim CEO and selected Jonathan Ornstein as interim chair. XTI filed a late quarterly report (Form 10-Q) via Form 12b-25 with the SEC; the delay is related to an internal investigation into the former CEO and other governance matters.
