American Lithium appoints Amandip Singh to board of directors

American Lithium has appointed Amandip Singh as an independent member of its board of directors effective July 1, 2026. Singh brings more than 15 years of mining experience in exploration, project evaluation and capital markets and has held leadership roles at Outcrop Silver, Apollo Silver and Magna Gold. The company granted him 300,000 incentive stock options with a five-year term and an exercise price of C$0.455 per share.
