Aimco sells four properties for $490 million and pays special dividend

Apartment Investment and Management Co (Aimco) completed the sale of four suburban Boston properties for $490 million and announced a special dividend of $2.23 per share (payment Oct. 15, 2025; record date Sept. 30, 2025). Part of the proceeds will be used to repay mortgage debt and pay down the revolver; additional sales (including Royal Crest Estates in Nashua and two Brickell assets) are nearing completion. Aimco expects total 2025 dispositions of $1.26 billion, net proceeds of about $785 million, additional debt reduction of roughly $100 million and a total distribution of $4.00–$4.20 per share if all sales close. » Plus sur de.investing.com
