Biomerica launches AI tool for dietary management of irritable bowel syndrome

Biomerica has introduced the "inFoods IBS Trigger Food Navigator," an AI-powered digital tool that uses existing inFoods IBS test results to provide patients with personalized dietary and menu suggestions as well as intelligent food recognition. The tool was developed with nutrition scientists from the University of Michigan and is available at no extra cost to existing test customers. A published study shows that 59.6% of patients achieved significant pain relief by avoiding identified triggers, with even higher rates for constipation-predominant and mixed IBS types. Biomerica Inc. receives approval for Fortel kidney test for home use in the UAE

The United Arab Emirates Ministry of Health has approved Biomerica Inc.'s Fortel kidney test for home use; the 10-minute test detects early albumin in urine and is aimed at people with diabetes and hypertension.
