Klaus‑Michael Kühne has arranged his estate so that the private Kühne Holding and its shareholdings will pass to a family foundation to prevent power struggles. The US government is investigating Apex Logistics, a Singapore-based subsidiary of Kühne+Nagel, on suspicion of involvement in concealing Nvidia AI chips bound for China.
