Cullen joins from BlackRock with experience in business consulting and advisor strategy, while Green arrives from Vanguard after leading global financial crimes and code of conduct. BlackRock, via affiliated holding Sopaipilla Investor, has begun placing a tranche of senior bonds totaling $12.3bn to finance construction of a data center campus in El Paso for Meta. The bond maturing in 2048 is being offered with an indication of about 2.875 percentage points over US Treasuries and is rated investment-grade.
