SoftBank considers bond issuance of up to $20 billion to refinance OpenAI loan

SoftBank is in talks with investment banks about a possible bond issuance of $10–20 billion to refinance a bridge loan related to the OpenAI investment. The securities could be denominated in dollars and euros and placed as early as September; an issuance under Rule 144A is also being considered.
