Canadian Pacific Kansas City moved 2.54 million tonnes of Canadian grain and grain products in August in 26,051 railcar loads, surpassing the previous August record set in 2020. Across its U.S. and Canadian network, CPKC handled 4.86 million tonnes and 50,396 railcar loads in August, a combined monthly tonnage record for grain shipments. Canadian Pacific Kansas City appoints Gordon Trafton as board chair
Canadian Pacific Kansas City said Isabelle Courville is retiring and Gordon Trafton will assume her role as board chair with immediate effect. Canadian Pacific Kansas City posts June record for grain shipments
Canadian Pacific Kansas City transported 2.8 million metric tonnes of Canadian grain in June 2026, surpassing the previous June record from 2020. The company set new quarterly records for tonnage and railcar loads in the second quarter and achieved monthly bests in five of the first six months of the year.
