Ferro-Alloy Resources raises £5.7m through placement and grants options

Ferro-Alloy Resources placed 167,647,046 new ordinary shares at 3.4 pence each (gross proceeds £5.7m, discount 25.3%). Vision Blue Resources subscribed for 65,290,848 shares and CEO Nicholas Bridgen bought 1,492,702 shares; issued share capital rises to 755,398,376 ordinary shares following admission on 5 August 2026. The company granted options over 4,000,000 shares (exercise price 3.4 pence, exercisable from 31 July 2029 for two years), including 3,000,000 to designated CEO Peter Secker. Vision Blue Resources and CEO Nicholas Bridgen took larger stakes; after the placing Vision Blue holds 26.15% and Bridgen 8.52%. The company was also granted options on a total of 4 million shares, including 3 million to designated CEO Peter Secker, exercisable from 31 July 2029 at 3.4 pence. Ferro-Alloy Resources: shareholders approve all resolutions at general meeting

Shareholders of Ferro-Alloy Resources unanimously approved the 2024 annual report and re-elected all directors, and they reappointed Crowe U.K. LLP as auditor. Directors were also granted authorities to allot relevant securities and to increase capital with the pre-emption rights excluded.
