The management board of Gateway Real Estate, with the approval of the supervisory board, has decided to relocate the listing of the shares from the regulated market (Prime Standard) to the Scale segment of the open market at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The company will shortly apply for the withdrawal of admission to the regulated market and for inclusion in Scale and the Basic Board; the first planned trading day in Scale is 25 August 2026. Gateway Real Estate has decided to invite the creditors of its 4.25% bond 2021–2026 to a vote without a meeting under the Debt Securities Act.
