Grenergy signs 20-year PPA with Georgia Power and secures million-dollar financing for Chile projects

Grenergy has signed a 20-year power purchase agreement in the US with Georgia Power for about 400 GWh per year for a 229 MW solar project with 183 MWh of battery storage; commissioning is planned for 2028 and power deliveries are to begin in May 2029. Grenergy also obtained $268 million in financing for the Monte Águila hybrid power plant in Chile, part of the Oasis platform, which comprises nearly $2 billion in total financings. Grenergy delivers strong H1 result and brings forward commissioning of Elena project

Grenergy reports an EBITDA of €86m for H1 2025 (+176%) and a net profit of €35m. Commercial commissioning of the large Elena project has been brought forward for the most part to Q2 2026; the battery storage component starts in Q2 2026, the solar part is expected in Q2 2027.
