Labcorp raises full-year outlook and focuses on hospital partnerships

Labcorp raised its full-year revenue growth forecast to 7.5–8.6% and expects about 8% growth in its diagnostics business, roughly half organic and half inorganic. The acquisition of Invitae is expected to strengthen the second half and boost the unit’s revenue by about 10%; the deal is seen as slightly accretive. The company targets annual cost savings of USD 100–125 million and anticipates margin improvements, but flags regulatory risks such as possible changes to the ACA/Medicaid and an expected PMM-related charge of around USD 100 million.
