Logista exceeds revenue forecasts for Q2 2026, but profitability declines

Logista boosts revenue in H1 2026, margins and profit under pressure

Logista reported revenue of €6.6bn in the first half of 2026 (+3%), while net profit fell 10% to €136m. Adjusted EBIT declined 4% to €195m and the EBIT margin eased 49 basis points to 21.6%, mainly due to lower inventory gains and higher logistics costs. Logista posted revenue growth in 2025 (total revenue +4% to €13,536m, underlying revenue +3% to €1,809m), while adjusted EBIT fell 2% to €378m and net profit declined 9% to €281m.
