MongoDB reported fiscal Q2 revenue of $771.8 million, up 30% year over year, with Atlas revenue at $565.9 million (+29%) and RPO up 91% to $1.52 billion. GAAP operating income was $28.4 million versus a $65.3 million loss a year earlier, and free cash flow nearly doubled to $137.6 million. The company raised fiscal 2027 revenue guidance to $2.99–3.03 billion, citing Atlas strength, but noted Q3 GAAP operating loss guidance and substantial stock-based compensation. MongoDB: AI driver leads to record growth and more new customers

At the Citi TMT conference 2026, MongoDB reported accelerated revenue growth of over 30%, a record 2,900 new customers, and net revenue retention of 122%. The growth is driven by rising AI demand from AI-native startups, frontier AI labs, and companies deploying agents; about 99% of new customers choose Atlas. Management announced managed Model Context Protocol features, Automated Embedding, and additional product launches, but sees implementation challenges in parts of the Asia-Pacific region and in U.S. government business.
