PRO DV with preliminary 2025 figures: revenue rises, EBITDA and EBIT negative after NETFOX acquisition

PRO DV reports preliminary revenues for 2025 of 4,089 T€ (2024: 3,739 T€). EBITDA fell to -175 T€ (previous year: 181 T€) and EBIT to -191 T€ (previous year: 73 T€). In autumn PRO DV took over NETFOX's operating business and invested 194 T€ in remediation and the establishment of an office in Potsdam; structural integration was largely completed in 2025. PRO DV AG takes over business operations of NETFOX AG and expands presence in Potsdam

PRO DV AG has completed an asset deal to acquire significant assets and the operational business of NETFOX AG as part of a transfer-based restructuring and will assume customer contracts, technical infrastructure and employees effective 1 September 2025. With the move, PRO DV strengthens its market position in safety-critical IT infrastructures and opens a new presence in Potsdam.
