Rockwell Automation has introduced TechConnectIQ Support, a 24/7 remote service for industrial automation, initially available to contract customers with one site in North America; expansion to additional regions is planned for 2027. The service combines hardware and software support in three tiers (Basic, Standard, Professional) and provides web-based real-time access to specialists, scheduled callbacks, and live support via the myRockwellAutomation TechConnect hub. Rockwell Automation has integrated FactoryTalk Analytics VisionAI via API into the Plex Quality Management System to embed AI-based visual inspections into quality workflows.
