    The operating subsidiary of Simon Property Group is issuing $800 million of senior notes in two tranches: $400 million at 5.250% (maturity 2032) and $400 million at 5.650% (maturity 2036). The weighted average maturity is 7.7 years and the weighted average coupon is 5.450%. Closing is expected on September 16, 2026; net proceeds are to be used to (partially) repay an outstanding $750 million note (3.250%, 2026) and for general corporate purposes, including repayment of unsecured indebtedness. J.P.
