Verve Group: share plunges 17.6% after disappointing organic growth

Verve Group reported Q2 revenue of €152.3m (+6.5% on a comparable basis) and adjusted EBITDA of €30.1m with markedly improved margins. Organic growth of 3.5% missed expectations, sending the share down 17.56% and trading near its 52‑week low. Verve falls sharply after disappointing organic growth

The Verve share fell about 14.7% to SEK 12.23 and touched a 52-week low at SEK 10.60 after Q2/H1 figures showed organic growth below targets. Like-for-like revenue rose 6.5% to EUR 152.3m, gross margin improved to 40.0% and adjusted EBITDA rose only slightly to EUR 30.1m. Verve Group reports 25% revenue growth and confirms annual forecast

The Verve Group increased revenue in the first quarter of 2026 by 25% to €137.2 million. Adjusted for currency and portfolio effects, the company grew organically by 6.4%, and on a comparable basis by 3.7%. Management highlights the successful implementation of its growth strategy, confirms the outlook and is simultaneously pursuing strategic investments.
