Santander sells further stake in Santander Bank Polska for €408m

Banco Santander placed 3.58 million ordinary shares of Santander Bank Polska (around 3.5% of the capital) at a price of PLN 482 each, generating proceeds of about €407.9m. After the sale of around 49% to Erste Group announced at the start of the year, Santander now holds roughly 9.7% of the Polish bank.
