Contango completes merger with Dolly Varden Silver
Contango Silver & Gold has completed its merger with Dolly Varden Silver; each Dolly Varden share was exchanged for 0.1652 voting Contango shares, or alternatively for exchangeable shares on the same basis. The transaction creates an equal 50/50 ownership structure and combines Contango’s Manh-Choh gold mine with Dolly Varden’s Kitsault Valley silver–gold project. The merged company holds more than US$100 million in cash, has a market capitalization of US$294 million and trades at US$17.90; Dolly Varden shares will be delisted from the TSX Venture and the NYSE American in due course.
