Billion-dollar contract in Tennessee drives Ferrovial shares higher

Ferrovial leads the DriveTN consortium that won the US$9.2 billion I-24 Southeast Express Lanes project in Nashville. Ferrovial increases revenue and adjusted EBITDA in first half of 2026

Ferrovial reported revenue of €4.7bn in H1 2026 (+11.3% on a like‑for‑like basis) and adjusted EBITDA of €746m (+21.6%). Net profit fell to €258m (previous year €540m) after the prior year included disposal gains. The Highways division posted revenue and EBITDA growth, North America delivered dividends of €357m, and 407 ETR in Canada distributed a dividend of CAD 550m. Ferrovial Q1 2026: Revenue rises thanks to strong highway business

Ferrovial reported Q1 2026 revenue of $2.48bn, beating analysts’ expectations; adjusted EBITDA rose 15.0% to €321m and adjusted EBIT climbed 10.6% to €198m. The main driver was the highways segment, including strong revenue and EBITDA growth at 407 ETR and robust pricing for Managed Lanes in North America. Net cash stood at €1,218m and the company repurchased shares worth €162m, while the construction order backlog reached a record level.
