Frauenthal Handel Gruppe operates a nationwide supply network in Austria with 245 trucks, modern logistics centers and 69 installer service centers to deliver spare parts and bulk shipments quickly. The Perchtoldsdorf logistics center dispatches about 75 trucks daily to roughly 2,500 delivery addresses and enables deliveries from 3 a.m. Declines in new construction can only be partially offset by renovation demand; the company sees major potential in heating modernizations and the switch to heat pumps. The supervisory board of Frauenthal Holding has appointed Maximilian Schauer to the executive board effective 17 March 2026 until 30 June 2027. Schauer will assume responsibility as Chief Development Officer for business development and strategy as well as for the real estate, IT and insurance division. Chairman of the executive board Dr. Hannes Winkler will in future be responsible for human resources, legal and internal audit; CFO Mag.
