MBB raises annual target thanks to strong performance at FRIEDRICH VORWERK

MBB increases its expected adjusted EBITDA margin for 2026 to 18–20 percent after a strong second quarter. The main driver of the improvement is the very good performance at pipeline and plant builder FRIEDRICH VORWERK, of which MBB is the largest shareholder. In the second quarter MBB achieved an adjusted operating profit of €75.2 million, an increase of almost 62 percent, and the margin rose to 25.1 percent. MBB increases its operational margin target for 2026 to 18–20 percent adjusted EBITDA following a very strong second quarter. Preliminary figures show an adjusted operating result of €75.2 million and a margin of 25.1 percent, up 8.7 percentage points year‑on‑year. The main driver was the strong performance at FRIEDRICH VORWERK; gains at DTS, Delignit and Hanke also contributed.
