Oconee Federal has announced a buyback program for up to 150,000 common shares, representing approximately 2.86% of outstanding shares. Purchases will depend on market conditions, prices, available funds and alternative uses of capital, and may be made on the open market, in block trades, through privately negotiated transactions or under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan.
