Valvoline has extended the deadline to complete its acquisition of OC IntermediateCo, the parent company of Breeze Autocare (operator of Oil Changers), until no later than November 15, 2025, or until all closing conditions are satisfied. The extension comes as Valvoline and Greenbriar Equity Group respond to an information request from the U.S. competition authority FTC; discussions with the FTC are ongoing.
